It’s never too early or too late to reach out. Many families connect with me during the second trimester so we have plenty of time to get to know each other and prepare, but I’m happy to support you whenever you’re ready.

Prenatal visits give us time to connect, talk about your birth preferences, and practice comfort techniques. Postpartum visits are flexible — they might include light housekeeping, baby care, or helping you rest and recover. Each visit is shaped around your needs in that moment.
